Service trolley FBS-1500-02

• Trolley is designed for aircraft service and maintenance.
• Inner platform size: 2000Ñ…1200 mm.
• Max loading capacity - 1500 kg.

Design speciallities:

• FBS - 1500-02 Trolley is built on steel frame with a platform.
• The trolley is produced with side boards all around the trolley’s frame.
• Frontal, left and right boards height – 730 mm.
• Rear board (rear ramp) – folding, 820÷850 mm high.
• The location and design of the rotary mechanism excludes the possibility of tipping the trolley over, if the cargo is loaded on one side.
• The floor and the tailgate are sheathed with a corrugated steel sheet.
• Trolley is equipped with a parking brake, which can be activated by placing the drawbar in vertical position.
• FBS-1500 – 02 trolley is equipped with protective and light-reflecting elements.
• Front axle - swivel, rear - strictly fixed to the frame.
• Wheels 4.00-8 - superelastic; the load per wheel is 750 kg.
• Wheel hub fixating mechanism design excludes the possibility of wheel falling off in case of bearing failure.
• The design of the bearing unit is designed to work in harsh conditions (long travel distance and uneven road surface).
• The trolley is equipped with a tool box on the front of the trolley.
• Protective covering - 2 layers(enamel).
