Container platform KP-90, designed to store empty containers LD-1, LD-2, LD-3 in closed areas (airport).
Container platform FKP – 90 is a metal steel frame with rollers on supports.
The overall dimensions of the container platform: length - 9000mm, width - 1600mm.
The height from the ground level to the working surface of the roller is 510mm.
At the beginning of each section there are locks for the containers. On the pillars of the supports there is a screw with a thrust bearing for height adjustment.Each section is equipped with two rows of rollers, ø57mm diameter. The container site has 90 rollers with bearings, 180204 series (2pcs per roller). The length of the roller is 400mm with an anti-corrosion coating (galvanized). The pitch of the rollers is 200mm.
Between the rollers there is a passage, made from corrugated metal - 400 mm wide.
Each section is equipped with guiders for containers.
Protective anticorrosive covering - enamel (2 layers).
